A commission from Historic England to tell the history of one of the oldest ‘Picture Palaces’ in the UK, through its many transformations over more than a century - and its restoration to bring it back in to community use today.

STUDIO JAGO found local contributors to share their memories, resulting in personal interviews revealing the powerful position this building has for the locals, and the hopes for it’s future.
